No marketing spin — the same straight answers we'd give another parent reading the label in the aisle. If something isn't here, we're one email away.
Ask us anythingOnly raw honey. Never refined sugar, glucose syrup or artificial sweeteners. Honey is the single sweetener in every flavor, which is exactly why our torrone sits naturally lower on the glycemic index than sugar-based snack bars.
The recipe is four ingredients: raw honey, almonds, egg white and a thin edible wafer. The wafer is the only part that can contain wheat starch depending on the batch, so we don't market the product as certified gluten-free. If you have celiac disease, email info@amorezero.com and we'll confirm the exact spec of the current batch before you order.
Over 60% of each piece by weight is non-GMO almonds, fresh-roasted the same morning we make the batch — far more than industrial torrone, which is mostly sugar.
Honey still contains natural sugars and carbohydrates, so AmoreZero is not a sugar-free or medical product. It's a lower-glycemic, whole-food alternative to refined-sugar snacks. If you manage diabetes, treat it as you would any honey-containing food and check portion size with your doctor.
Yes — the product contains almonds (tree nuts) and egg, and is made in a facility that handles nuts. Please don't eat it if you have a nut or egg allergy.

Honey is a natural preservative, so the torrone travels well. In a summer heatwave the texture can soften in transit — a few hours in the fridge brings it right back to perfect.
Because torrone is a fresh food product we can't accept returns of opened items for safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, melted or incorrect, email info@amorezero.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no debate.
Cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. We use no preservatives, so honey does the protecting. In hot weather, a few hours in the fridge keeps the bite soft.
Yes — every batch, following the family recipe we've trusted since the 1600s, then shipped to the USA.
